Our highest priority is creating a safe, positive, and magical environment for children and their families.

Content Moderation

KidMagic employs multiple layers of automated AI-driven moderation to inspect both user inputs and generated outputs. Our filters are specifically tuned to block:

• Inappropriate, violent, or sexually explicit content.
• Disturbing or frightening imagery not suitable for children.
• Hate speech, harassment, or exclusionary themes.
• Attempts to create deceptive deepfakes or harmful misinformation.

Our moderation system is updated regularly to adapt to new challenges and ensure the highest standard of protection for our young audience.

Identity Preservation

We recognize the importance of recognizing a child's unique features. Our AI models are engineered to respect the identity of the subject. We do not support features that would significantly alter the child's ethnic appearance, age (beyond natural stylistic blending), or core facial structure. The goal of KidMagic is "Background Magic," not "Subject Alteration."

Data Privacy

We adhere to the principles of COPPA and GDPR. Uploaded photos are processed in temporary memory and are not permanently stored on our servers. We explicitly state that your personal photos are NEVER used to train or improve our AI models. Generated results are stored for a maximum of 24 hours to facilitate user download, after which they are permanently deleted.

Ethical AI Usage

As AI technology evolves, so does our commitment to its ethical application. We believe AI should be a tool for creativity and joy, not for deception or harm. We do not allow the use of our service to generate images of public figures, nor do we allow the creation of content intended to impersonate or mock individuals. Our platform is strictly for personal, family-oriented entertainment.
