1) Service

KidMagic provides an AI-powered photo editing service that allows users to upload a photo and replace the background with predefined fantasy/adventure templates. Our service uses AI to seamlessly composite the subject from your photo into curated template backgrounds, creating stylized images.

Important: This is a photo editing and background replacement service, not a general-purpose content generation tool. Users select from our curated template library, and the AI preserves the original subject while replacing only the background. Output is generated by AI models and results may vary.

2) Age & parental consent

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service. If a minor appears in an uploaded photo, you represent that you are the parent/legal guardian or have explicit legal consent from their guardian.

3) Payments, credits & virtual goods

We sell virtual items called “Credits” that can be used to generate AI images. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Checkout and payment processing are provided by Creem, our payment partner. Taxes/VAT (if applicable) may be calculated and collected by Creem. Refund rules are described in our Refund Policy.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to upload photos without authorization, or to upload any illegal, violent, or sexually explicit photos. You also agree not to attempt to generate sexually explicit content, violence/gore, hateful content, or to create deceptive deepfakes intended to harm others. Our service includes automated content safety filters. If your input is flagged as potentially unsafe, credits will not be deducted, but repeated attempts to bypass filters may lead to account suspension. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5) Privacy

Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

6) Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your input materials. Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the generated results for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8) AI Technology Disclaimer

KidMagic uses AI models to generate and edit images. Our platform provides a user-friendly interface built on top of these AI technologies to enhance usability and provide additional child-safety features. Important: KidMagic is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the AI model providers. Results are generated by AI and may vary.
